WARRANTY

RED WING WARRANTY

The following warranty terms are provided by the Manufacturer, and are available at all Reddhart Workwear locations. These terms apply to all Red Wing Brands, including RED WING, IRISH SETTER, HERITAGE, VASQUE.
Footwear ( excluding accessories) bearing the “Red Wing” or “Red Wing Shoes” label are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials. If within 12 months of purchase, a defect occurs in a Red Wing branded footwear product as the result of normal use, Red Wing will repair the defect or exchange the product. Product failures caused by excessive or abusive wear conditions do not qualify for exchange or purchase credit. This warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. No adjustment will be given without the original receipt of purchase. You must return your footwear to the Red Wing Shoe dealer from which the footwear was purchased.

30-DAY COMFORT GUARANTEE:

This 30 Day Comfort Guarantee applies ONLY TO RED WING CSA WORK BOOTS
If during the first thirty (30) days immediately following your purchase you are not satisfied with the comfort of your Red Wing CSA work footwear , Reddhart will refit you and EXCHANGE your footwear for another size or another style of boot.You must provide your ORIGINAL dated receipt of purchase from any Reddhart store. No exchange can be given without the original receipt of purchase. We ask that you return to the Reddhart store from which the footwear was purchased, but if this is not reasonably possible, another Reddhart location will be able to handle the exchange. Limit one return per customer. This guarantee does not apply to WORX, Red Wing Heritage, Irish Setter or Vasque branded footwear. Refunds are NOT available on WORN items–exchanges only. In the event an exchange is not made, for whatever reason, we will gladly issue a STORE CREDIT for the full original purchase price.

ALL OTHER WORK FOOTWEAR BRANDS

All other such Brands that we carry, come with a 6 month limited Manufacturers defects warranty. Defects do not include excessive or abusive wear.

NON-WORK FOOTWEAR BRANDS

Casual footwear Brands including BIRKENSTOCK, LAURENTIAN CHIEF, and ECCO come with a 60 day limited Manufacturers warranty. Defects do not include excessive or abusive wear

WORKWEAR

CARHARTT and TOUGH DUCK workwear, come with a 30 day limited Manufacturers warranty. Defects do not include excessive or abusive wear

REFUNDS

We will gladly accept for a full refund of the purchase price, any NEW and UNWORN items, within 60 days of the purchase date. You must return the item to the location where your originally purchased the item and you MUST have the ORIGINAL RECEIPT. All returns must have the original packaging and items must still have all the original tags.  Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original purchase.

WORN ITEMS will NOT be accepted for a full refund.

ON-LINE SALES

The same warranties and refund/exchange terms described above, apply to all on-line sale transactions. If an item is defective, we will pay for the return shipping costs ( regular shipping ) . If the return is for an exchange, we ask that you pay the return shipping.

REDDHART SPECIAL EXTENDED AFTER SALES SUPPORT ON WORK BOOTS

The Reddhart stores offer the following additional services to original purchasers, during the period of wear of the footwear

. free replacement laces

. free replacement of damaged hooks or eyelets

. free minor stitching and re-bonding, where necessary  ( does not include any required patching )

. periodic re-oiling and conditioning of your boots ( does not include cleaning—please bring the boots to the store in clean, dry condition, free of dirt, chemical residue etc)

For stitching and re-bonding, we use external services of local shoemakers of our choice. Please be prepared to leave your boots with us.

For these additional services, you do not need to return to the original Reddhart store of purchase. You do not need to have your original purchase receipt—–we just need to be able to find you in our computer records.
